SICO® stage steps provide safe, stable access from floor level to your staging system. Designed to integrate seamlessly with SICO® stages, these durable steps lock securely into place for reliable performance in schools, performing arts centres, community venues, and multipurpose spaces.
Available with or without guardrails, SICO® stage steps offer a practical solution for performers, presenters, staff, and guests accessing the stage. Optional guardrails and transport wheels provide added safety and convenience where required.
Compatible with SICO® 1800 Series, Tri-Height, and TechLite staging systems.
Fixed Height Step Units Sizes
• 1 step rise for stages 20cm. No wheels or guardrails.
• 2 step rise for stages 45cm high. No wheels or guardrails.
• 2 step rise for stages 40cm or 60cm high. No wheels or guardrails.
• 2 step rise for stages 30cm or 45cm high with wheels and guardrails.
• 2 step rise for stages 40cm or 60cm high with wheels and guardrails.
• 3 step rise for stages 45cm or 60cm high with wheels and guardrails.

Specifications
Robust Steel Frame
- Manufactured from 25 mm (1″) tubular steel, 16-gauge or heavier.
- Fully electric arc-welded construction for superior strength and rigidity.
- Durable black powder-coated finish provides long-lasting protection and a professional appearance.
Durable Step Treads
- Available with either carpet or black vinyl finishes.
- Step boards measure 305 mm wide x 914 mm long and are manufactured from 16 mm exterior-grade plywood.
- Securely fixed to the frame using 8 mm bolts and locking nuts for maximum stability.
- Quick-attach design allows the steps to connect directly to the stage without separate hardware, reducing setup time.
Enhanced Safety Features
- A minimum of four load-bearing floor contact points provide exceptional stability during use.
- High-visibility yellow safety strips are securely fitted to the edge of every stair tread to improve visibility and reduce trip hazards.
- Open-access design allows easy access behind the step unit for hanging stage drapes and curtains.
Optional Guardrails and Wheels
Steps fitted with guardrails include permanently attached handrails running the full length of the unit for added safety and support. Integrated castors allow the step assembly to be easily transported and positioned wherever needed.
