PROJECT HIGHLIGHT: The Walsh Bay Arts Precinct is a much-loved Sydney destination and home to some of Australia’s leading performing arts companies. The NSW Government announced the completion of Wharf 4/5 of the Walsh Bay Arts Precinct in December 2020.
Performing arts companies residing at Wharf 4/5 include:

- Sydney Dance Company
- Bangarra Dance Theatre
- Sydney Philharmonia Choirs
- Gondwana Choirs
- The Song Company
This milestone signals the return of six resident arts companies, with brand new theatres, rehearsal spaces, studios, and administration facilities.
Our NSW Regional Manager, Matthew Castles worked closely with all stakeholders such as NSW Government, Richard Crookes Constructions, HME Services, and Create NSW in providing a multipurpose performance staging solution for the precinct.
